Proper livestock management and quick efficient slaughter is important. I, too, believe that utilization of as much of an animal as possible makes good sense and in some instances is almost a kind of divine pragmatism lacking in today's fractured half-assed global culture. If PETA was trying first to revise factory farming, I might politely listen and consider how we could work together for a limited amount of time until our paths divide on some future issue--namely, the actual eating of meat; however, they have always been radical, hysterical, and use some of the dumbest border-line retarded celebrities on the planet to champion their bizarre hangups and aversions. It's layers upon layers of idiocy stretched gossamer thin and held together with spit. It's bullshit and it's infuriating.
