I wouldn't worry if satanists are real, I would say just let them do their own thing as long as it doesn't cause any kind of trauma on themselves or anyone else. We can all live together and not worry about stupid shit. If they're real then God must be real. Also for heart transplants, who says in the future you won't be able enhance your heart with natural surgery or medication of sorts. Engineers might be able to build you a better heart or just clean out and revitalize your current one. Or if you want a heart transplant, just agree to get the vaccine at the time you need it. Hopefully, by then it's fully trusted and any side effects are completely removed including AIDS and bloodclots. They might actually update it and make it an actual safe vaccine that's gone through the clinical trials. Plus it's probably better to have AIDS and blood clots over a dysfunctional heart. I have a feeling they might be easily able to treat and possibly cure AIDS and blood clots anyway.
