You know damn well they achieved the former by embracing the latter, they're a bunch of phonies, they embraced globalism from left to right, sold the country down the river, by offshoring jobs and allowing mass immigration to infinity to begin with. Dems gave into it under false "humanitarian" pretenses while reps said nothing and went with it. All for getting corporate kickbacks, lowering costs and wages, both are guilty of giving up on the nation, and that's the same story all over the west
