Nazi sentiment in the Ukraine is based more around anti-bolshevism/communism than outright antisemitism. Despite Bolshevism and Russian Communism being products of the Jews, it's very easy to use those feelings to pump up hatred for Russia due to the previous history of the Soviet Union.
