I admit that part is inaccurate, but the surgeries are still done, and by surgeons. It's not like the psychiatrists are acting alone. If someone uses their truck to deliver needed goods, that doesn't mean I shouldn't call them out for using that same truck to run over children.

A Psychiatrist is just a really good listener, who can provide you with feedback on your own thoughts, and has access to better drugs than you do. In many ways, I am a great Psychiatrist.
