Discrimination doesn't start and stop at goyz in judaism, you have circles of discrimination within judaism; generally speaking, you have to be a male who believes in the religion, to be considered a full jew/fully human, from a religious standpoint. The rest of jews are considered lesser jews/lesser humans, the worst being women who don't believe in the religion, they are only second to goyz in terms of lesser humans
