There is a school near the office where I work. Someday, I was out with some colleagues to get a sandwich or something and we crossed path with some of the kids coming back from PE class. They were between 13 and 15 y/o and some of the girls had shorts so short; it looked like they were only wearing small panties. I pointed that out to my colleagues but they didn't find anything wrong with that.

So it's probably just you and me who think there is a problem. And I blame the parents first. If I had kids, I will not let them go outside half-naked.
