Yes. I'm not very strong, and I've never deadlifted. I weight 155 lb. 1 rep max on bench press is 140. Squat is about the same.
Well, I admire your self determination to stick to a vegan diet. Not many men can stand by their morals at the expense of their strength, and thus masculinity.
Just FYI, prior to my recent cut, I squatted 5x5 250lbs. That was with shit discipline, and a shitty diet, albeit one with a lot of meat and eggs. A few years ago I could do not even one push-up.
You can only begin to imagine what your body is truly capable of, if you were to feed it the proper fuel and lift heavy.
Nah, I've never been fit, even when eating animal products.
Fat-->lost weight-->skinny fat-->became vegan-->half-heartedly trying to bulk.
Short muscle belly, small wrists, that shit. Just bad excuses.
I find it hard to eat more than 3,000 calories a day.
But yeah, there are plenty of vegan bodybuilders: Vegan Gains, Jon Venus, Patrik Baboumian
