I'm a vegan and this shit is moronic. As are most vegans. I try to cook normal food. Mashed potatoes or stirfry. I've gotten recipe books as a gift that I immediately wanted to throw out because they were fulll of nonsense like this. Hey, at least they didn't kill a pig to do it, though.
