Yeah, but to throw away all those years of education, study, training and money he went through to become a Pharmacist ??. Yeh, he is in a tough spot - handing in his license essentially wastes years of his life (that he likely paid for) and loses the ability to earn an income in the profession he spent and invested so heavily into - they have an automatic defunct i think when the ramifications become apparent.
