I agree with the sentiment. Since he was filming i assume his position was "create film showing the enemy in as poor a light as possible . Rule number one is hold the enemy to his own standards. So all leftist rules were followed. Evidence was collected, consequences left up to the police etc. We both know that drunken flag straler could have ended up with more than a broken ankle, and legal problems, but had our hero laid a finger on the perp, the legal consequences would go the other way..
