If you're going to tread into the kind of waters this guy is in it's important to tell everyone you care about plan B. Immediate family, but really anyone your enemies would want to hurt if they couldn't get to you needs to be considered. The only reason he's complying with house arrest is because he knows that if he can get his wife and kids into Russia, the SBU would torture and kill everyone who knows him down the mailman. Tell people you know that "It's windy today so bring an extra umbrella." Means get out of the country in the next couple of hours or be prepared to be picked up and likely killed. I hope he stays safe if he keeps quite but I wouldn't trust those fuckers any more than they've shown they can be trusted which is exactly fuck all. If he didn't have anyone to worry about I'm sure hed be booking it across the border.
