I don't have to agree with everything he said--and he stood for a lot of varied, inconsistent stuff--but I will always like his fighting spirit. This goes along with the caveat that his later stuff was spotty or downright misguided. He became (obviously) less satisfied with his life and leaned heavily into a certain kind of people that kissed his ass. Like I said, a lot of things I don't like, but I certainly didn't wish him "a long painful death." Check out his earlier "fun" or lighter stuff, and you'll see what I mean. Baseball V. Football. Stoner in the grocery store. Wordplay and wanting to please people. And I like anyone who criticizes the government as much as he did. I liked George.
You mean we shouldn't cancel everyone for one thing they said like the other side?
"One thing"? Carlin is a race traitor. You aren't fooling anyone.
ok schlomo
The big club and taking a chance in life. Those two things were spot on.
He's the existential boomer. Him and his boomer cohorts are what led to the current day white self-loathing and self destruction
