I know a cool way to kill one if they get inside.
They can sense the air movement if you try to swat them, and they're like 100% impossible to crush so you can't really step on them.
But if you slowly slide an open pair of scissors around them, they DGAF. Then you cut them in half. Works every time. The heads can still bite. I don't remember how I got the idea to try this, but it's an amazing feeling to cut like 3 hornets in half.

This works. I slapped a bald hornet down with my hat and stunned it. Immediately cut it's head off with my knife... Motherfucker grabbed its own severed head and proceeded to sting it in the neck hole for like 30 minutes straight. It was horrible. I put it on a paper plate with a glass over it to watch.
