Kind of off topic but it was pleasant to hear someone speaking without a script and not using annoying filler words the entire time. He just pauses, collects, then moves forward.

He may also have been trained to speak like that in his church or bible study group. Priests and pastors usually speak slowly and clearly without needless filler. If you read bible verses out loud you read them the same way.
