It's kind of hard to listen to him. Can you give a short summary?
A rough summary: In most circumstances, high intensity interval training, aka max output and effort of 6-9 minutes, will be your best bet to achieve high levels of energy burn. Continuously training in this way will expand your capacity and efficiency in doing so. Staying just under max output/effort will put more focus on non-glucose based energy conversion. This would be useful if you need to expend the least amount of energy for the longest period of time. A good example is long distance running. You can also train this to become more efficient.
The video is actually quite interesting aside from the stupid fucking 10 second cuts.
Thanks!
