I've noticed that too but you really can't blame them when shit like the Daniel Penny crap happens, lib DA's and judges will send a motherfucker up the creek for touching a black criminal and set them free before the sun goes down, but any other color they'll make the guy a hero and lock the criminal up and throw away the key.
