I want to believe, but the flashes of light and the sound of the bang should not line up perfectly due to the distance and the speed difference between light and sound. There should be a noticeable delay between the flashes and the bangs but there is none, especially in the slowed down video at the half way point.

There may be a flash at the beginning before the first bang that has a difference in time, but from there all the bangs match a flash of light. It could be possible that the distance happens to be perfect so that the bangs are delayed just the right time to match up with the next flash, but I cannot ascertain this from the video that doesn't show the whole building and isn't shaking so much. I want to believe it's real, but I have to think critically and be skeptical because of this unlikely timing of sound and light.

The bangs and the flashes look appropriately out of sync to me. You see the first flash and you don’t hear the first bang until about ½ second later.
