Was anyone injured, was this a terrorist attack?
Not a terrorist attack. An older couple left a casino on the u.s. side on their way to Canada. The car ended up going over 100 mph when it hit that fence and went airborne. The couple died.

Yeah trudeau's govt jumped on the distraction by calling it a terrorist attack because it was a fireball at the border. Multiple border crossings around the area were shut down in case it really was an attack.
It is sad. The latest rumor is that they were supposed to go see a KISS concert, but when that fell through they went to the casino instead. I suspect the driver was either super drunk, or had a heart attack, or both.
