Granted, the testing in this video was done on commercial as opposed to consumer toilets. I don't ever touch the toilet more than necessary in public.

I do however close the lid on my own before flushing. Especially in the bathroom where by toothbrush is kept. Thoughts?

I’m convinced that if society wasn’t so obsessed with cleanliness that our immune systems would be more robust. A little toilet spray never killed anyone…well anyone healthy, at least.

It's also a function of how sensitive our tests are now. In the future they'll find bad things on literally everything. Therefore everything will make you sick and you need to be in a sanitized bubble at all times.
