I don't suppose you really watched this video? I just don't have time to watch all the interesting videos posted on Poal. I appreciate that you at least gave a little hint on the content. Any other relevant points you can share if you watched it?

I listened to the whole thing. This guy says that nicotine is not addictive. The reason cigarette and tobacco products are addictive and produce so much cancer is because of added chemicals that cause these things. Personally, I think smoking anything is going to be harmful to your lungs and whenever you're repetitively harming something, it could produce cancer at an increased level even if it's not extremely increased.

He points out the two plants that are in 2nd and 3rd place for nicotine content. Are you ready? It's eggplants and tomatoes. The real reason why cigarettes are addictive is because they add chemicals called pyrazines that are addictive. I've never known anyone who smoked American Spirits regularly, so I don't know about how addictive or not addictive they are. I met a nig-nog once who asked for a light. I didn't have one. He told me about that brand I had never heard of. One time I smoked 4 Marlboros in a day, and the next day I felt a craving for cigarettes that I ignored.

Then he points out how nicotine actually has a lot of beneficial uses and was a chemical that prevented the covid virus from functioning. Nicotine also has beneficial uses in fight Alzheimers, Parkinson's disease, and even autism. Apparently, the crooked FDA wants us to believe that nicotine is addictive and awful, and he suggests this was all part of the plan to make covid as harmful as possible. Smokers and tobacco users in the United States went from 50% to about 10%. I think it'll be increased now because of vapes are cool, but I don't have data. I'm sure they're spiking vapes with the same harmful chemicals.

He pointed out that native Americans actually use tobacco as a medicinal plant, but all we think about it as is something smoked, something chewed, and something that has horrible nicotine in it. I almost forgot he pointed out that all the cells in our body have nicotine receptors and nicotine tends to get cells operating at a higher activity level.

As far as listening to stuff, I recommend cranking the speed up to 1.5 or even 2 depending on how fast the person talks. Most people think and pause and talk slower than what you can handle listening to.

That's awesome, thank you. 3 minute read vs 45 min video. You're the man.

I chew nicorette gum all the time, haven't had a smoke in 10 years and haven't had chew in 3 years. My Dr told me that nicotine in itself is not bad for you and I can do it for the rest of my life. And I probably will, it is a mild stimulant and appetite suppressant. When I quit the gum for a couple months I gained weight real fast. Plus, I like it. As I side benefit I have also noticed that I have not had any dental problems since I started chewing this gum all the time.

I was looking at nicotine products to try, but I'm unsure if they're lacing them with chemicals. I was wondering if it could help me with episodes of shortness of breath.

I forgot to mention the guy saying that nicotine dissolves brain tumors and that combined with laitrille and vitamin B17 (or are those 2 the same thing?) that it has cancer curing applications.

I used to drink regular coffee, but the awful feelings I get as a result of coffee sometimes are intolerably bad. I think it's more of a condition in me that is aggravated by the caffeine worth with coffee. I've been drinking decaf. I've tried caffeine pills a few times, and they didn't make me feel like coffee. Caffeine kills my appetite and makes me not want to eat. I normally would just wake up and drink coffee and not eat much or anything for 5-6 hours. Maybe nicotine can shut off my appetite.
