I talk fast because I think faster than I talk ergo I am smrat!

I think there are some people who talk faster than they think and there are some who don't think things through properly but can talk fast.

There may be some very intelligent people who can think very quickly and talk quickly but I do not think all people who talk fast are smart. Sometimes you need to take a moment to think about what you're saying to make sure you express yourself clearly and succinctly otherwise you're filling silence with wasted breath.
