I do not disagree with you one bit. Considering the computer that landed us on the Moon is comparable to the Apple II, TRS-80, and Commodore PET.

Those computer were light years ahead of what landed us on the moon. The Apollo guidance computers literally had . But that's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the periodic destruction of civilizations through greed, corruption and hunger for power since Mesopotamia on. Where would we be now if there were no psychopaths ready to burn it all down to hang on to power.

Those computers were also designed a decade after the Apollo Guidance Computer. What I was implying was that it was comparable to a home computer released much later. And if we could do that with such a low power computer imagine what we could do with a computer a decade ahead of where we are now... also paired with what you just said.
