The major difference: the guy on the top paid maximum $35k, and the guy on the bottom probably paid nearly $100k for almost the same thing.

That's what I really don't understand about the "tiny house" bullshit. At first I thought it was a good idea: A small, efficient house that can help you avoid skyrocketing housing prices. Then I found out that stupid little box on wheels costs more than an actual house. Why would anyone who can afford it buy one when they could get more for less?

What!? I thought they were like 20-40 grand tops. How much are these things?

Absurdly expensive, given the sizes.

Like ice_wallow_come said above, they're asking for $100k for some of them.

The media portrays mobile homes as white trash and apartments as cosmopolitan.

The truth is that trailer parks are normally white low crime areas with onsite management that monitors for crime.

Apartments are normally ghetto slums neglected by their jew owners.

Of course the jew media will demonize something that doesn't let them bleed money out of people endlessly.

When I started living cheap (being a roommate) or renting room. Living small. I have money all the time now. It’s great. I hated living to work to pay for where I live. Live cheap. Live small. Save money.
