The major difference: the guy on the top paid maximum $35k, and the guy on the bottom probably paid nearly $100k for almost the same thing.
That's what I really don't understand about the "tiny house" bullshit. At first I thought it was a good idea: A small, efficient house that can help you avoid skyrocketing housing prices. Then I found out that stupid little box on wheels costs more than an actual house. Why would anyone who can afford it buy one when they could get more for less?
What!? I thought they were like 20-40 grand tops. How much are these things?
