Forgot, if your on windows then the IP will likely be added to a list of the registered driver. So you upgrade or install drivers that are way to huge files for making ink hit a spot. Think about that, should be a megabyte or something since it's like a mouse but it says to shoot ink instead of a representation of a mouse on the screen it does it to paper. Hell since 2016 linux distro's are slower and their ISO's are a lot larger in size. Windows 10 that sucks is huge compared to xp that ran faster on lower spec hardware and almost did everything. I think all computer hardware is even linux mostly monitoring software that works in the background but identifies as doing another process web browsers being big offender.
On another note, if the government and ISP's are so intent on catching hackers and preventing virus's then why are they not caught in transit or when they pass the web page when uploading that info to our computers, seems like that would prevent all virus's unless the antivirus is the problem and they put the virus's or allowed them on purpose to pass to the users, more likely.
