Leftists see the government as a necessary brake on the power of the billionaires, and they just need a few more laws and a bit more power to make it work. "The right" isn't a thing, that term covers the majority of all political groups, but western conservatives and libertarians mostly see government as something which will be exploited by corrupt billionaires and so reducing it's power solves both problems.
