Remember 7 months ago when we were stopped at a red light on our way to go pick up my sister on our way to the mall, but the traffic got bad and we were going to be late and you said "She's like you, she probably still won't be ready?" What did you mean by that?

I have said it a few times here, that's just a function of how a woman's brain works. They let these loose thoughts rattle around in their heads without addressing them for weeks/months/years. Then, during a moment of high stress, a few slip out and the woman demands in a passive-aggressive way that the man explain them to her. She never "got over it" because she never bothered to process it when it happened. It's just been floating around in there with the same emotions attached to it as when it originally happened.

Men usually don't do that, a man will address that loose thought within 24 hours or so and either reject it or codify it into long-term memory and part of his code of personal ethics.

This is why the vast majority of men are confused and sometimes even angered when their wives/GFs suddenly resurrect some dumb thing from 3 years ago that he addressed and dealt with literally right there in the car or perhaps at home before they went to bed. Your wife never resolved it, it literally has been in there for 3 years, bro. She will randomly get mad about that thing from 3 years ago when folding laundry or having sex with you. It just pops in. This is also why female bosses are terrible and all-female teams without an alpha are also terrible. This behavior literally causes hen-pecking among women.
