Hey dumb dumb.

Viruses aren’t ejected from a host by themselves. They’re encased in water droplets which are big enough to be stopped by a mask.

People like to bring up the mosquito / chain link fence analogy, which would work if mosquitos regularly became encased in tennis balls.

If the mask can stop water droplets then why can you see your breath through a mask in the winter and why don't you know that the force of exhaling pushes the mask away from your nose and just makes your breath travel up, down, and around the mask?

It prevents the spread of a viral load. Breathe out normally and your breath reaches a couple of meters in front of you. Breathe with a mask on and it stays localised around you.

It’s a slight variation of coughing or sneezing into your hand/handkerchief/elbow.

Coughs and sneezes don't happen 12 to 16 times per minute. Localization would only be a benefit if there isn't moving air or wind or people changing positions.

Don’t work in regards to what? Of course they don’t stop the spread but the point of their use is to reduce the rate of spread.

Looking at those examples, there’s nothing there that suggests that masks don’t work to reduce the spread of the virus. In fact in the Bavaria vs Germany graph, you can clearly see Bavaria had higher numbers of cases that were brought down after the mask mandate.

CDC says that masks slowed the spread by .05%. Which is statistically zero.

BTW I don't believe they slowed the spread at all 1. Because masks don't work. and 2. Mask gives people a false sense of security leading them to engage in risky behavior. Thereby spreading COVID even more.

Hey dumb dumb.

Viruses also ride on aerosols. Since you can smell a fart that passed through underwear, pants, and your mask.... the mask ain't working.

Gas particles are tiny compared to a viral load contained within water droplets.

I also guarantee that you’d inhale a lot more of the fart if the cheese cutter wasn’t wearing pants and if you weren’t wearing a mask.

And then here’s the guy (tagged with subversive, and opening with insults) who steps in to easily debunk. You were right

I opened with the same sentence as the OP. I give as good as I take.

Do you have a problem with something I’ve said?

You don’t understand the context of my comment

Besides, that's not how HEPA filters work, they actually can stop particles smaller than their fibers. Granted, surgical masks aren't HEPA filters.

infographic is stupid, but so is thinking a mask stops viruses.

this is an interesting larp tho.

actually seems like something similar another website keeps pointing out. create stupid thing, create 'these idiots are stupid because this stupid thing, the answer is <MASK.TXT>' rinse and repeat.

either way, they dont work, forcing anyone to wear one is inhumane and illegal, and the people that push it are eventually going to get lynched from their own bedrooms in the middle of the night and fed into wood chippers.

looks like thats going to be soon too so i hope those poor cunts have their bugout bags ready.

I don't know about viruses, but particle filters most definitely can stop particles smaller than their fibers.
They don't work like sieves.
