I read about that actually. It was a customer appreciation comment in the local paper talking about it.

The minute I visited China I wanted to experience the culture, the people, the culinary scene, the markets, the atmosphere. That all came to a halt when I found Chef Dong's Chicken. It melted in my mouth and filled me with a livelihood only a Dong could do apparently. The chicken is mastercrafted and as far as I can tell, is 100% poultry. Thank you for filling my mouth and my stomach, Chef Dong.

I am going to bring my pet animals. I have two. They will love to enjoy a dinner with Dong! The dog is a shitszu named Skittles and our cat is an orange short hair named Gingervitus, or Vitus for short. We look forward to your cuisine and hostdom while we share stories and eat some Dong.
