On their webpage they state that the world rises constantly to account for the apparent acceleration downward due to gravity, and other dumb shit that literally no one actually believes.
I like a good hypothetical taken to its limits. If they didn't reject gravity, then a flat disc would feel like it were actually a bowl with vertical sides, due to gravity pulling towards to the center of the disc. The constant acceleration gives artificial gravity always perpendicular. It introduces the new problem of what is constantly accelerating the disc, and why it hasn't reached light speed.

No, at the edge all of the mass of the disc would be nearly lateral to one side of you, thus it would be as if you're on a steep mountain. Use your noggin'.
You’re assuming it’s a disc with all the mass focused at its center. Well, that’s fine, since we’re making it up and there is no disc, and Flat Earthers don’t believe they live on a disc.
You’re using the definition of gravity as “the attraction of massive objects” which is not observable science. All we can say is that objects fall to earth straight down.
