I remember this like it was yesterday. I lived in that area at the time. My mom and sister were at the mall in the same parking lot as the Michaels that the lady was shot in. They were gonna go there next too. And a few of the other shootings were pretty close to where I lived or frequented. I remember all school activities being canceled, and announcements telling us to zigzag to our buses and cars and otherwise just be unpredictable in our movements, and they would release us at the end of the day in waves, not all at the same time. Which never made sense because it seemed like it was making it easier for a sniper to cap some peeps if we all went out in predictable slow waves of kids but whatever. I remember when it all kinda started being at a girls bday party (small gathering) and one of the kids moms showed up and took them home because "there is some crazy guy going around shooting people". We were all like Wtf? Shit is getting crazy. Lol and we all assumed it was some sand nigger haji. Obviously we were correct. I mean, it was a nigger wannabe sand nigger retard and his underage buttboy.
I, too, lived in the area at the time. The one thing that always stuck with me was a woman who was shot because she was just standing there while her husband loaded the car with whatever they had just purchased. I think it was a Home Depot but I’m not sure. To this day I think about that every time I’m shopping with anyone. I note that we all load the car. Silly, but it made a huge impact.
