I guess they aren't particular smart if they slowly kill all those who trust government and only allow the opposition to stay fertile. It makes you wonder how such dumbfucks managed to gain so much control in the last 100 years. If they were smart, and would want to remain in power, they'd find a way to kill all those who don't trust them. And they'd do it in a way that makes them look like saviors rather than genocidal assholes.
