Women are very useful for admin roles during war times because you want your able bodied men fighting. This was a pretty prominent feature in WWII for example. And bizarrely, the oldest continuous nation on earth is San Marino. It’s existed since 301 but only has a population of 33,600.
There is no shortage of able bodied men such that women need to step in. That's a Jew myth to get women out of the home and into the workforce.
Of course you need people to step in. If you send a significant proportion of your labour force off to foreign lands to fight then you need people to fill the roles those young men did before going to war. It’s not just admin stuff, you won’t have enough people to work the land, to work in factories etc. if you remove such a large portion of your labour force in short order. Doesn’t have to be women, but in war times migrant labour isn’t as easy to find. Note: I’m talking about the wars we have in Europe, not the ones they have in America which invariably happen somewhere other than America.
Well that problem, for us Americans, is easily solved by not having a too-large military. And to only fight wars of necessity. We've only been in THREE legitimate wars ever. The Revolution, the War of 1812, and the Civil War. That's it.
