No. PG-7 series warheads have both setback, and bore-riding safeties. Which means it's safe until it is fired. But, and this bit is important, it has NO MINIMUM ARMING DISTANCE. Which means, the moment it leaves the tube, the warhead is LIVE. So, the first thing the fuse assembly makes contact with, even if it's something right there in front of you, the warhead will function as designed.
