Are you starting to see their true face? I mean is a picture of their character & nature forming? Initiation rituals often utilize gaslighting, it causes the initiate to not trust themselves, their own senses, perception & thinking. It's not enough for them to place trust in the overseers of the ritual, it has to be complete domination, they have to trust the overseers more than they trust themselves.
