'Leadership' is supposedly freaking out at the hospital group I work for. It looks like somewhere around 20% are not willing to be vaxxed and a lot of those are refusing to file exemptions. They are trying to figure out what to do when a bunch of clinic staff either just walk off the job or they have to 'reprimand' them. If they lose 15-20% in a 3 month period, I would think the hospitals and clinics would grind to a halt. I can't even imagine the number in IT with so many of us always having been remote. I'm sure they will just attempt to replace us with Indians.
