There are plenty of ways and the first one and least prone to being manipulated is just to pick up your shit and move to a place that's mostly white.
I don't see why people aren't doing this regardless. People make too many excuses. Just find an emerging industry, get your feet wet, find a way to be your own boss and make the move. It really isn't as difficult as many people say.
