Whenever I mention the authoritarian aspect of fascism people get defensive of the Nazis. I don't have a problem with the Nazis. What Hitler was doing, he was doing for the people of Germany. You take issue with suppression of opposition. Is that not what the Sturmabteilung did in the 20s and 30s? Are you saying the Night of the Long Knives did not happen? What about the history of the Reichstag Fire Decree. These are all things to consider. I don't denounce these things as evil.
