Rather than the 5% try waking the 90% up, the 5% needs to realize that 5% is greater than 3%. If only 3% is needed to get things going, then 5% should really get things going. The 5% aren't doing anything more than "raising awareness". Just like with breast cancer, raising awareness does fuck all for solving the problem. Until there is real action from the 5%, nothing will change for the better. The 90% doesn't want to wake up so why waste time on them when we have 2% more than we need to get going?
