There's nothing "revolutionary" about Trump, and he was never anti vaccine, he was just to stupid to understand that if he walked around without taking any precautions (because he wanted to keep a lid on the panic), it would inspire the same behaviour from his supporters and lead to no-one wanting a vaccine, even though he made it. If he'd said on day one "I'm making a vaccine that might protect you a bit, but until then suck it up and keep working", then poal wouldn't be the hysterical FUD machine it is today
