I've worked 100 hour weeks under a lot of stress to meet unreasonable deadlines. Unquestionably, the absolute last thing I want to during my down time was hang out with coworkers at work. This dancing around with coworkers bullshit is exactly the type of retarded shit that happens when I was required to stand watch with a few other guys and we got bored as fuck. Anyone with any real work experience can tell the difference between stressed out over worked people and those bored out of their minds. These nurses were clearly bored.
