Gonna opine that a Big Mac for lunch doesn't cost your health, so much as when it's combined with an additional slug of calories in the fries, and a huge dose of sugar in the soda (large size, of course), never mind the milkshake. If you stuck to only the burger and drank water, and exercised reasonably, it wouldn't be detrimental.
