No, the "vaccine" just doesn't do anything (other than giving the occasional person a heart attack).
If I bio engineered a plague I'd sure as hell have a higher than 1/300 fatality rate (including the super elderly and/or morbidly obese with multiple unrelated diseases, healthy people have an effectively ZERO fatality rate). Those numbers are so low rona might not even be real.
