Here's the thing though: Yes, he's a piece of shit and deserves to face the wall. However, he can't be prosecuted as a "war criminal" in that he is not subject to the laws of the Geneva Conventions, nor is he subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice during a protracted conflict or war. He's a civilian, and was shot during a street struggle in Kenosha.
