Neural pathways can most certainly be be created... eat some mushrooms or learn to juggle. Many have just forgotten something they learned. Remind them what the constitution of the United States of America means even if you can't tell them Jewish people have seized this once great nation and rape and sacrifice children.
You are the perfect example of what I just explained. We are having a conversation and you did not learn a single thing.
Instead you go on and on about justification of what your believe to be true.
We can have this conversation for as long as you want. You asked a question, I answered, you learned nothing. And you will continue to learn nothing, because that is how it works. Conversation is mostly entertainment + socialization tool for negotiating alliances with other groups of humans that we need for survival.
Conversation plays virtually no part of learning.
