Uh, this isn't all it's cracked up to be. There is one person here that has done something like this, sure. But, there is a HUGE amount of tradeoffs that happen when you do this.

The FIRST tradeoff is that if you have kids in Costa Rica, your kids native language will be Spanish. A disgusting language no one should ever be forced to learn.

All those pronouns forced onto words like Toro (bull with the o, its male, no getting around that) , and casa (female with a, ie womans domain) . Terrible language that makes males male and females female. Horrible I know.

He's probably a dumbass that thinks the language is from Mexico.

Costa Rica has heavy duty immigration laws. Unless they had huge money to buy land, Costa Rica has a 6 month stay limitation where the non citizen has to leave for 2 weeks. Unless this has changed.

I had looked at that a long time ago and found that Panama was a far more ideal place to escape the NWO. Panama has a few special sectors where investments as low as $40k would get you residential status and no stay limitations. I had considered becoming a Teak tree farmer.
