when he was elected in 2016 I thought of the choice as, the evil I know-hillary vs random card. I voted libertarian at the time. by 2020 that was an easy choice, trump actually tried to do most of the things he said. tried to build a wall, no new wars, against crt, simplified the tax code in many ways, and liberals hated his guts. Liberals who had been destroying star wars and every form of entertainment I enjoyed and trump helped keep gun stores open in CA and free speech on college campuses. He did a lot for Americans. A perfect saint? no far from it. but the best president I have seen since bill clinton and my lifetime.
