The coolest thing about niggers being late is that they say they're gonna be there in 15 minutes and then they never text you again until the moment they arrive. So once they are late you just have to wait and wait with no fucking idea what's going on when & the nigger thinks it is "kinda on time"

I know a guy who was a missionary in Africa. Sunday church services were from 10am to 12 noon. It was common for people to walk into church at close to noon. I know he didn't want to sound racist but he said africans didn't have a good grasp of time.

So they see 10 to 12 as a possible starting time and I have a feeling they don't think about the duration of the event as being predetermined
