And the pay most likely matches work performance/skill set instead of an across the board pay scale that pays niggers and women slightly more.
I used to work for a company like this. Pay raises twice a year, bonuses twice a year. We wrote down our times in a folder because they could trust us. Laid back days were just that; Laid back. Not a day where they find dumb shit to do because you aren't doing much. Bought lunch for us constantly. I'm talking every day some weeks. We could borrow equipment for personal use. Company trucks (pick ups and big rigs), industrial pressure washer, guns, etc.
We could also take as much of the product as we wanted. You know why? Because it was nothing but white people that didn't abuse that privilege.

It was. It was a zero experience job. Their pay was great for what we did and it was a livable wage. Working on the weekends was basically a sin. If you did show up on a Saturday or Sunday to repair something, get caught up, or just to get ahead for Monday, it would take maybe an hour or two before one of the owners would show up and say something like, "Why the fuck are you here? Go home." I miss that place.
It's actually what I plan to fall back on if they push this jab shit because they are no where close to 100 employees. (Maybe 20?)
I only moved on for an opportunity with substantially more pay. The company I'm with now wants nothing to do with this covid horse shit but there's around 100 drivers alone. So if they're forced to push the shot, what can they do?
Side note: if they do follow through with this mandate, the economy is going to tank. I talk with drivers all day every day wether it be on the radio or at truck stops and I have yet to meet one that says they'll take the jab if they have to. That 37% number the media is saying is bullshit. There's an enormous amount of old drivers that have already had one foot out of the door for years anyway. They'll just retire. A large portion of the rest will either find a small fleet or find something else to do. If the country loses that many drivers at once, we're fucked. We will see an actual driver shortage.
Edit: I wasn't thinking about the installers and drivers when I guessed that number. It's probably closer to 40 employees across 5 or 6 plants.
Always good to have a fallback plan. Unfortunately, crashing the economy seems to be their primary goal, not just a consequence of combating a virus.
